David McIntyre

Founder/Principal

​David McIntyre is the Founder and Managing Principal of Vesta Equity, LLC. David founded Vesta in 2008 with a vision of capitalizing on the tight real estate credit markets during the financial downturn. David has acted as Principal of the overall fund as well as Head of the Investment/Credit Committee throughout the entire life of the fund. Under his leadership and oversight, Vesta has grown from a local, small balance investment vehicle to the multi-product, national provider it is today. David continues to take the lead on all approvals and strategies within the portfolio. He also handles lead origination’s for select international exposures. Prior to founding Vesta, Mr. McIntyre successfully started numerous national and international operations companies, primarily in the disaster recovery and construction industries. He continues to head these companies as acting CEO, both in the United States and abroad. David is presently a Licensed Florida General Contractor. David is based in Sarasota, FL but can often be found at his various headquarters throughout the United States and Christchurch, NZ.
